Air Fried Steak with Garlic Butter
– steak sirloin – cooking spray Garlic Butter – butter melted – lemon zest - lemon juice – garlic powder – red pepper flakes – sea salt - black pepper – Dijon mustard – Worcestershire sauce – parsley freshly chopped
Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Combine all garlic butter ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
Pat steak dry with a paper towel. Cut into cubes, then add to a bowl with butter. Mix well, then remove using a slotted spoon.
Cover air fryer tray with aluminum foil, then spray with cooking spray. Spread steak on the tray in an even layer.
Air fry at 400°F for 10-15 minutes.
Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve with reserved garlic butter sauce.
Mississippi pot roast is delicious over mashed potatoes!
