Asian Grilled New York Strip

After marinating in a flavorful Asian marinade, this strip steak on the grill is simply irresistible!

Ingredients

– 4 New York Strip Steaks  – ½ Cup Soy Sauce – ¼ Cup Balsamic Vinegar – 2 Tablespoons Mongolian Fire Oil – 2 Tablespoons Minced Garlic – 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice

Combine.

In a bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients and stir thoroughly.

Marinate.

Place steaks in the marinade, cover, and chill for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Preheat.

Heat grill to medium/high. Let it come to temperature before placing the steaks on the grill.

Grill.

Place the steaks on the grill and cook for 1.5 minutes then rotate it, Flip the steak and repeat.

Serve and enjoy!

Let sit for 10 minutes before slicing for the best results. Enjoy!
