Baked  Meatball Sub

- 3 large meatballs - 3 spoonfuls meat sauce - 1 handful shredded mozzarella cheese - 1 sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese - 1 Tbsp. garlic butter - 1 deli roll - Parsley to taste

Ingredients

Prep rolls.

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut deli rolls in half and spread with garlic butter evenly on the inside of each half.

Add meatballs.

Place meatballs in the roll and top with meat sauce.

Top with cheese.

Sprinkle with plenty of shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.

Bake in oven.

Wrap sandwich in tin foil and bake for 25-30 minutes. Open the foil for the last 5 minutes to melt the cheese.

Serve and enjoy.
