Cocktail Meatballs

Not planning a party? They make an amazing entree too! Serve them up with extra hoisin sauce over rice and your favorite steamed vegetables!

Ingredients

Ground beef Ground pork Panko breadcrumbs Water chestnuts Green onions Parsley Hoisin sauce Egg Garlic Ginger Olive oil Salt Pepper

Step 1

Add all the ingredients to a large bowl aside from the oil and 1 tablespoon of green onions.

Step 2

Mix the meatball mixture with a spoon or clean hands until fully integrated.

Step 3

Spoon out 2 tbsp of meatball mixture at a time and roll into a ball. If they don't roll well, add more panko. Place the meatballs on the baking sheet.

Step 4

Brush the tops of the raw meatballs with olive oil using a pastry brush.

Step 5

Place the baking sheet in the oven, and bake at 375°F for 25-30 minutes until browned and the interior reaches 160°F.

Step 6

Remove from the oven, brush with more sauce, and serve! Mix ¼ cup Hoisin sauce with 3 Tablespoons water for a tasty dip, if desired.
