Delicious Chuck Steak Recipe
Grilled Chuck Steak Ingredients – boneless beef chuck steak – olive oil – red wine vinegar – garlic minced – brown sugar – Italian seasoning – salt and pepper – red pepper flakes
Compound Butter Ingredients – garlic minced – fresh thyme chopped – fresh rosemary chopped – unsalted butter softened
Mix together garlic, oil, red wine vinegar, brown sugar, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.
Place chuck steak in a cake pan . Pour the marinade over the steaks and toss until coated. Place plastic wrap over the top and place in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
Place butter in a bowl. Add garlic, rosemary, thyme to the butter. Stir with a fork to combine.
Heat a charcoal grill. Place marinated steaks on the grill over direct heat. Grill for 3-4 minutes per side. Move the steaks to indirect heat, cover, and continue to grill.
Remove the steaks and place a pat of compound butter on each one. Allow steaks to rest as the butter melts.
