Instant Pot Hamburger Soup

– olive oil – ground beef – onion – garlic – carrots – potatoes – celery – beef broth – bay leaves – Worcestershire sauce – tomatoes – tomato paste –  vegetables your choice – Salt and pepper – Italian seasoning


Turn on the sauté option. Heat oil and add onion and  garlic. Stir for about 1-2 minutes. Add beef and cook until browned.

Stir in celery, carrots, potatoes, tomato paste, and tomatoes.

Add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, bay leaves, and salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir in vegetables.

Close the lid and set valve  in the Sealing position. Turn to Manual on high pressure and set the time to 8 minutes. Let the pressure release naturally.

Carefully open the lid. Stir, serve, and enjoy!
