Easy Keto Hamburger Casserole

– ground beef – olive oil – onion powder – garlic powder – Dijon mustard –  tomato paste sugar-free – ground pepper – salt – eggs – heavy cream – cheddar grated – green beans

Ingredients

Grease a baking dish with oil and set aside. Preheat your oven to 360°F.

Place beef, onion powder,  garlic powder,  Dijon mustard, tomato paste,  pepper, and salt in a  bowl. Stir well until combined.

Heat oil in a skillet. Add the beef mixture and cook for about 10 minutes.

Add the cooked beef mixture to your baking dish in an even layer. Spread green beans over the beef.

In a bowl, beat eggs. Add heavy cream and salt. Pour over the meat and green beans. Spread cheddar over the top of the beef and green bean mixture.

Bake for 20-30 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown.

Carefully open the lid. Stir, serve, and enjoy!
