Whole Beef Tenderloin

- 6 lb. trimmed whole beef tenderloin - 2 Tbsp. sea salt - 2 Tbsp. pepper - 1 Tsp. dried thyme leaves - 1 Tbsp. granulated garlic - 2 Tbsp. olive oil
At least 4 hours before cooking, season your roast with sea salt, pepper, garlic, and dried thyme.
Allow to come to room temperature.
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. While the oven preheats, take your roast out of the refrigerator and place on a rack in a small roasting pan. Drizzle roast with olive oil.
Place roast in the oven and sear for 15 minutes. Reduce oven to 325 degrees and cook for 1 hour.
Serve, and enjoy!
