Garlic Butter Steak Bites

Tender cuts of sirloin, seared to perfection and dripping with garlic butter sauce.


– 2 tbsp olive oil - 2 lbs. sirloin steak - Salt - Pepper - Garlic Butter - 1 tbsp fresh parsley

Prepare steak.


Pat sirloin steak dry, and cut into bite-size pieces. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat.

Sauté steak.


Once oil is hot, add steak in a single layer. Sauté until desired doneness.

Add garlic butter.


Reduce heat to medium and add in garlic butter. Stir everything together well.



Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve. Enjoy!
