Grilled Beef Kabobs
– 3 strip steaks - 1 tbsp. garlic powder - 20 bay leaves - 1 tsp. salt - 1 tsp. pepper - 1 tsp. olive oil
Cut 3 strip steaks into cubes.
Combine garlic powder, salt and pepper in a bowl. Season all sides of your steak.
Layer a chunk of steak, then a bay leaf on a skewer, repeat until all meat is skewered.
Brush with oil.
Brush olive oil onto each skewer to prevent from sticking to the grill.
Grill skewers over high heat with the lid closed for 2 minutes on each side.
Serve and enjoy!
Once skewers reach 135 degrees, serve and enjoy!
