2 ribeye steaks 2 teaspoons coarse sea salt 2 teaspoons brown sugar ¼ teaspoon garlic powder ¼ teaspoon garlic salt ¼ teaspoon onion powder ¼ teaspoon turmeric ½ teaspoon paprika ½ teaspoon chili powder 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
In a bowl, combine rub. Rub both sides with the rub and pat it down. Let steaks sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Preheat grill to high heat. Sear steaks for 3 minutes per side with the lid open. Reduce the heat to medium-low and continue cooking with the lid closed.
Remove steaks from grill and top with garlic compound butter. Allow steaks to rest for 10 minutes before cutting.
