Ribeye Steakhouse Steak
– 2 ribeye steaks – 2 teaspoons coarse sea salt – 2 teaspoons brown sugar – ¼ teaspoon garlic powder – ¼ teaspoon garlic salt – ¼ teaspoon onion powder – ¼ teaspoon turmeric – ½ teaspoon paprika – ½ teaspoon chili powder – 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
In a bowl, combine rub. Rub both sides of each steak with the rub and pat it down. Let steaks sit at room temperature.
Preheat grill to high heat. Sear steaks for 3 minutes per side with the lid open. Then, reduce the heat to medium-low and continue cooking.
Remove steaks from grill and top with garlic butter compound butter. Allow steaks to rest for 10 minutes before cutting into them.
