3 pounds chuck steak 4 tablespoons olive oil 5 tablespoons red wine vinegar 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 teaspoon brown sugar 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning ¼ teaspoon salt and pepper ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 cloves minced garlic 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
Combine minced garlic, olive oil, red wine vinegar, brown sugar, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper, and red pepper flakes.
Marinate steak using mixture in the refrigerator overnight.
Mix butter with garlic, rosemary, and thyme. Scrape it into plastic wrap and roll it into a log. Refrigerate.
Grill steaks over direct heat for 3-4 minutes per side. Move to indirect, cover, and cook until desired doneness is reached.
Add a pat of butter to each steak and let it melt. Serve and enjoy!
