Grilled New York Strip Steak
– New York Strip Steaks Asian Beef Marinade – Soy Sauce – Balsamic Vinegar – Mongolian Fire Oil – Minced Garlic – Lemon Juice
In a large bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients and stir.
Place steaks in the marinade, cover, and chill for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Heat your grill to medium/high. Let it come to temperature before placing the steaks on the grill.
Place steaks on the grill and cook for 1.5 minutes then rotate it. Cook it another 1.5 minutes. Flip the steak and repeat the process.
Let sit for 10 minutes before slicing for the best results.
