The Best Chili Con Carne
– beef broth – onion – bell pepper – garlic minced – ground beef – dried oregano – dried cumin – chili powder – ground black pepper – cayenne pepper – pinto beans – black beans – diced tomatoes
In a pot, warm up broth. Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the pot, stirring until the vegetables soften, then add beef. Then, stir in the spices, beans, and tomatoes.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer and cover for 20 minutes.
Top with cheese and cilantro if desired. Best served hot!
Carefully open the lid. Stir, serve, and enjoy!
