Instant Pot Philly Cheese Steak Dip

Our Instant Pot Philly Cheesesteak Dip recipe is easy to make and so flavorful! This fun dip recipe uses just a few ingredients and is ready in less than 15 minutes in only 5 simple steps!

Ingredients

– 1 Tbsp. olive oil – 1 cup chopped green pepper 1 pepper – 1 cup chopped onion 1 medium onion – 1 Tbsp. minced garlic – 1 lb. ground beef 80/20 recommended – 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce – 1 Tbsp. flour – 1 tsp. Italian seasoning – 6 slices American cheese + extra to top dip with – Salt and pepper to taste

Cook pepper and onion.

Set Instant Pot to saute mode. Once hot, add olive oil. When it starts to simmer, add green pepper and onion, and garlic. Saute for 2-3 minutes or so.

Add beef.

Add ground beef and stir, cooking until it browns.

Season.

Once browned, add Worcestershire sauce and flour. Stir to incorporate. Season with Italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste.

Release pressure.

Set Instant Pot to high pressure for 5 minutes. Once done, carefully quick release the pressure. We always do this holding a hand towel.

Add cheese.

Once done releasing pressure, open the lid and add American cheese. Stir to incorporate until there is a creamy consistency.

Serve and enjoy!

Remove to an oven-safe dish and place under oven broiler for a couple of minutes to melt extra cheese. Serve, and enjoy!
