Keto Hamburger Casserole

– 1½ pounds beef  – 2 tablespoons olive oil  – 1 teaspoon onion powder – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard – 1 tablespoon tomato paste sugar-free – ½ teaspoon pepper – 1 teaspoon salt – 3 eggs – ½ cup heavy cream – 1½ cups cheddar – 3 cups green beans

Grease baking dish. Preheat oven to 360°F. Place beef, onion powder, garlic powder,  Dijon mustard, tomato paste, ground pepper, and salt in a bowl. Stir well.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add the beef mixture and cook for about 10 minutes until it browns completely.

Add cooked beef mixture to prepared baking dish in an even layer. Spread green beans over the beef.

In a bowl, beat eggs. Add heavy cream and a pinch of salt. Evenly pour mixture over the meat and green beans. Spread grated cheddar over the mixture .

Bake for 20-30 minutes, until the cheese is golden brown. Serve, and enjoy!
