Ground Beef Lettuce Wraps
Our Portuguese Ground Beef Lettuce Wraps combines the powerfully delicious flavors or Portuguese recipes with classic Chinese lettuce wraps!
Ingredients
– 1 lb. ground beef - 1 lemon - 2 garlic cloves - 1 bay leaf - 4 tbsp olive oil - 1/2 cup Peri-Peri sauce - 1 cup grape tomatoes - 1 cup shredded carrots - 1 cup radishes - 2 small heads of bibb or butter lettuce
Combine.

Combine ground beef, garlic cloves, paprika, and a bay leaf in a large bowl.
Refrigerate.

Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
Cook beef.

Heat a skillet with olive oil. Remove the bay leaf and add beef to skillet for 5 minutes.
Add sauce.

Stir in Peri-Peri sauce or hot sauce and juice from a lemon. Continue to cook for 5 more minutes.
Assemble.

Remove skillet from heat. Add beef to lettuce wraps, shredded carrots, grape tomatoes, and sliced radishes.
Enjoy!

Squeeze juice from a lemon on top. Serve and enjoy!
