Keto Hamburger Casserole

Our Keto Hamburger Casserole Recipe has less than 10 carbs per serving and is ready in under 1 hour!

- 1.5 lbs. ground beef - 2 tbsp. olive oil - 1 tsp. onion powder - 1 tsp. garlic powder - 1 tsp. Dijon mustard - 1 tbsp. tomato paste - 1/2 tsp. pepper - 1 tsp. salt - 3 eggs - 1/2 cup heavy cream - 1.5 cups cheddar - 3 cups green beans

Ingredients

Season beef.

In a bowl mix together ground beef, onion powder, garlic powder, Dijon mustard, tomato paste, pepper and salt.

Cook beef.

Heat olive oil in a skillet. Once hot, add in ground beef and cook for about 10 minutes. 

Add green beans.

Add ground beef mixture to baking dish in an even layer. Spread green beans over the beef.

Add cheese.

In a medium bowl, beat 3 eggs with heavy cream and salt. Evenly pour mixture over green beans. Spread grated cheddar over top.

Serve and enjoy!

Bake at 360 degrees for 20-30 minutes, until  the cheese is golden brown. Serve, and enjoy!
