Meatloaf Recipe


This isn't your Mother's Meatloaf... it is packed with flavor and Keto friendly!

– 4 Tablespoons meatloaf seasoning – 1 teaspoon olive oil – 2 pounds 85/15 ground beef – 1 cup Parmesan chees – ¼ cup milk – ¼ cup sugar-free ketchup – 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce – 2 eggs lightly beaten – salt and pepper to taste – ½ cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded


Meatloaf Glaze – 4 Tablespoons tomato paste – 2 Tablespoons white vinegar – 2 Tablespoons meatloaf seasoning


Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a 9x5 loaf pan with cooking spray. Place ground meat in a bowl.

Add in meatloaf seasoning, olive oil, parmesan cheese, milk, ketchup Worcestershire and cheddar cheese.

Mix together with your hands until everything is combined. Transfer the meat mixture into greased loaf pan, pressing the meat down.

Add half of the meatloaf sauce over the top of the meatloaf mixture.

Remove from oven and let stand for at least 15 minutes. Finally, slice the meatloaf and serve!
