Mississippi Pot Roast
- rump roast - pepperoncini peppers - unsalted butter - dry ranch dressing - dry au jus gravy
Place roast in slow cooker. Cover with pepperoncini peppers with the juice from the jar, butter, dry ranch dressing, and dry au jus.
Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours, or high for 4 to 5. Shred with a fork and serve!
Mississippi pot roast is delicious over mashed potatoes!
