Mushroom Swiss Burger
Our Mushroom Swiss Burger is a show-stopping gourmet burger filled with caramelized onions and mushrooms, and Swiss cheese!
Ingredients
– 1.5 lbs ground beef - 2 tbsp. steak seasoning - 4 slices swiss cheese - 2 cups sautéed mushrooms and onions - 4 brioche buns
Form patties.

Heat grill or pan on the stove over medium-heat. Form ground beef into 4 even patties. Season each patty with steak seasoning.
Cook beef.

Add patties to grill or pan and cook for 8 minutes on one side, and 6-8 minutes on the other side. Top with a slice of Swiss cheese to melt. Top with sautéed mushrooms and onions.
Assemble.

Remove burgers from the grill or pan and place each patty on a brioche bun. Serve and enjoy!
