Beef Short Ribs
4 Beef Short Ribs 2 Tablespoons Paprika 1 Tablespoon Coarse Salt 1 Tablespoon Black Pepper 1 Tablespoon Garlic Powder Apple Cider Vinegar
Ingredients
Sprinkle ribs with coarse salt and place, uncovered, in the fridge, overnight.
step 1
Preheat smoker to 285 degrees Fahrenheit. Place the remaining seasonings in a small bowl and mix.

Sprinkle the seasoning mixture over the ribs and cover them completely.
step 3
Place on the smoker and cook for 4 hours. Spritz the ribs every hour with the apple cider vinegar.
step 4
Remove from the smoker and let them rest for about 20 minutes before serving.
