Instructions
Set out the butter to soften. If you're using fresh herbs, chop them finely.
1 stick Unsalted butter
When soft and easy to mix, add in the garlic powder, rosemary, thyme and black pepper.
2 Tablespoons Garlic powder,
1 Tablespoon Fresh rosemary,
1 Tablespoon Black pepper
Mix well until completely mixed in and totally smooth.
Spread liberally on the roast!
