  • 1 small mixing bowl

Ingredients

  • ¼ teaspoon granulated garlic powder or, use 2 cloves fresh minced garlic when cooking chili
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried cumin
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients into one bowl and mix well.

Notes

  • My chili seasoning mix is on the mild side of taste, but it can easily be adjusted based on your flavor preference.
  • If my chili powder is too spicy, you can eliminate or reduce the cayenne pepper in this recipe.
  • Try adding this chili seasoning to fish, vegetables, meat, or even Mac and cheese!
