- ¼ teaspoon granulated garlic powder or, use 2 cloves fresh minced garlic when cooking chili
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried cumin
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper

Combine all ingredients into one bowl and mix well.
¼ teaspoon granulated garlic powder, 2 teaspoons dried oregano, 1 teaspoon dried cumin, 1 tablespoon chili powder, ½ teaspoon ground black pepper, ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Use it as a chili seasoning and enjoy!
- My chili seasoning mix is on the mild side of taste, but it can easily be adjusted based on your flavor preference.
- If my chili powder is too spicy, you can eliminate or reduce the cayenne pepper in this recipe.
