Instructions
Bring salted butter to room temperature. Add to a bowl with minced garlic and parsley. Mix until fully combined and soft.

2 tablespoons fresh parsley
Melt in a pan to create butter garlic sauce, or serve as pats of butter by rolling into a log with plastic wrap and placing back into the refrigerator to harden.
