Preheat the oven to 400°F, and grease a large baking pan. Roll out the pizza dough into the pan, making sure it reaches the edges, then bake for 8 minutes.

While baking the crust, set the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Brown, drain the grease, then add the water and taco seasoning ingredients and let simmer until the water is evaporated.
1 lb Ground beef, 1 oz Taco seasoning, 1 Tablespoon Chili powder, ½ Tablespoon Garlic powder, ½ Tablespoon Dried onion, 1 teaspoon Black pepper, 2 teaspoons Paprika, Salt
Add in the refried beans, and stir over the heat until nice and hot.
15 oz Refried beans
Spread salsa on the pizza crust, followed by an even layer of the beef and beans.
1 cup Salsa
Sprinkle cheese over the top, then add sliced olives.
8 oz Cheddar cheese, 2.25 oz Black olives
Bake for another 8-10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and browning.
While it's baking, slice up the green onions and tomatoes. Then remove the pizza from the oven and top with the sliced onions and tomatoes.
1 Tomato, 2 Green onions
Cut, top with a dollop of sour cream, and serve!
