- 1 pound Ground beef
- 2 Tablespoons minced Garlic
- ½ teaspoon Ginger paste
- ½ Yellow onion diced
- ½ cup Soy sauce low sodium
- ¼ cup Brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon Red pepper flakes
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon everything bagel seasoning
- 1 cup white rice

In a mixing bowl, combine garlic, ginger, soy sauce, brown sugar, and red pepper. Set aside.
2 Tablespoons minced Garlic, ½ teaspoon Ginger paste, ½ cup Soy sauce, ½ teaspoon Red pepper flakes, ¼ cup Brown sugar
Set the instant pot to sauté and add the oil. Once oil is hot, add the ground beef to brown it off.
1 Tablespoon olive oil, 1 pound Ground beef
Once meat is browned, add the onion.
½ Yellow onion diced
Place 1 cup of rice in a pan on a trivet and add 1 cup of water. Seal the lid and pressure valve and cook on high for 8 minutes.
1 cup white rice
Release pressure and remove the rice.
Return the instant pot to sauté and add the sauce. Cook the beef in the sauce for 10-15 minutes until sauce is reduced to a glaze on the beef.
Serve beef over the rice and garnish with everything bagel seasoning and green onion. For a keto-friendly dish, serve in lettuce boats.
