  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons Kosher salt
  • 2 teaspoons pepper

Instructions

  • In a small bowl whisk together salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Use immediately to make a meatball recipe or store mixture in an airtight, sealed container for up to 6 months in the pantry.

  • Pair with 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs or breadcrumbs of choice as a binding agent when making meatballs!

Notes

  • To make sure I am not over or under seasoning my meat mixture, I like to follow the simple ratio of 2 tablespoons of seasoning mix for every 1 pound of ground meat. Generally 1 pound of meat makes about 18 meatballs.
  • Store in a cool, dry place for up to 6 months.
