Cheeseburger Sliders

Cheeseburger sliders with bacon will be your new favorite party food recipe! These easy bacon cheeseburger sliders on Hawaiian rolls are so delicious and require hardly any clean up.

Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian Rolls
  • 1 lb. ground beef 80/20
  • 12 slices American Cheese
  • 6 slices Bacon cooked
  • 12 slices Pickles
  • ketchup and mustard or condiments of your choice; ketchup and mayonnaise spread in rolls also works well
  • ¼ tsp. Salt
  • 2 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Onion powder
  • 2 teaspoon Sesame seeds
  • 1 Tbsp. Butter melted
  • 1 tsp. Garlic powder

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350° F. Add ground beef to a large skillet with a little oil and begin to brown.

  • Season ground beef with salt and onion powder. After it cooks through, drain the grease from your ground beef and set the beef aside.

  • Split Hawaiian rolls in half. Set the tops aside. Place the bottom half of the rolls back into the container they came packaged in.

  • Place a slice of American cheese on each bottom roll.

  • Then, spread the beef over the cheese.

  • Top with another slice of cheese.

  • Break up the cooked bacon into pieces and add a piece to each roll.

  • Add pickle slices.

  • Drizzle the top with ketchup and mustard.

  • Add the tops of the rolls.

  • Cover the container the sliders are sitting in with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes.

  • Remove the foil and brush with melted butter mixed with garlic powder.

  • Bake for another 5 minutes or until the cheese melts completely. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

Tips for cooking ground beef:
  • Cook ground beef over medium heat.
  • Let it sit in the pan and sear first for a bit before you start to break it up.
  • When you do start breaking the beef up, do it gradually. Avoid moving it around in the pan too much.
