This is an easy way to prepare breaded steak, with so much flavor in just a few simple steps!

Tenderize steaks by pounding them with a mallet. Add to a sheet pan and season on both sides with salt and pepper.
Place breadcrumbs in a bowl and mix with garlic powder, salt and pepper. In a mixing bowl, beat eggs.
Dust steaks with flour. Dip in eggs, then dip in breadcrumbs.
Add oil to a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the steak on both sides for 2-3 minutes a side until golden brown.
Place on a plate with paper towels to drain the oil. Serve and enjoy!
