For the beef marinade lime juice fish sauce garlic ginger paste For the dressing sesame oil lime juice fish sauce honey
Mixing together marinade ingredients in a bowl. Pour the marinade over the steaks. Cover, and allow to soak for 20 minutes.
Prep the salad ingredients. Place the ingredients in a bowl. Add the noodles, cover, and place in the fridge.
Place a skillet over medium heat. Add the steaks. Cook on each side for 3 to 4 minutes for a pink middle.
Remove the steaks from the pan and wrap them in foil to rest for 8 minutes before slicing and serving.
Prepare the dressing by mixing all of the ingredients together in a bowl.
Remove the salad from the fridge. Thinly slice the steak and top over the salad. Pour over the dressing and enjoy!
