Best Ever Smoked Burgers
These smoked hamburgers are one of the best recipes I have
made on the smoker!
You will need...
Ground Beef Paprika Coarse Sea Salt Coarse Ground Pepper Granulated Garlic
All you need is a pellet smoker, 5 ingredients and 35 minutes!
Preheat smoker to 500 degrees. Form 4 patties from hamburger, making them thick.
Combine seasonings in a bowl and mix. Coat burgers with the seasoning before putting them on the smoker.
Smoke the burgers for about 10 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 135 degrees.
Remove, dress, serve, and enjoy!
