Classic Poutine Recipe

Our easy poutine recipe makes it simple to enjoy classic Canadian poutine from scratch!

Ingredients

– brown gravy mix – water – garlic minced – olive oil – leftover roast beef – cheese curds – frozen french fries

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350°F and spray baking dish.

Step 2

Add olive oil to a pan over medium heat. Cook garlic for a few minutes until fragrant.

Step 3

Add water and gravy mix. Cook until simmering and thickened. You can add roast beef if desired. 

Step 4

Bake fries according to instructions. Once the fries are ready, add them to the greased baking dish.

Step 5

Sprinkle cheese curds evenly over the fries.

Step 6

Pour completed beef gravy over the fries and cheese.

Step 7

Bake for 10 minutes, serve, and enjoy!
