Place roast into the slow cooker. Pour over pepperoncini peppers. Add butter, then pour the dry ranch and Au Jus over the top.


Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours, or on high for 4 to 5 hours.


Once finished, use a fork to shred the roast. Serve with mashed potatoes and enjoy!
