Grilled London Broil

– 2 lb. London Broil steaks - 2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar - 1/2 cup soy sauce - 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce - 2 tbsp. olive oil - 1 tbsp. lemon juice - 1 tsp. garlic powder - 2 tbsp. brown sugar - 1/2 tsp. powdered ginger - 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes - Salt and pepper
Mix together soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, powdered ginger, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes.
Pour your marinade in a bag, and add London Broil. Shake well and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
Remove steak from bag and sprinkle with salt and pepper on both sides.
Grill at 400 degrees for 5-8 minutes on each side.
Pour marinade in a skillet over medium heat and let it thicken.
Serve and enjoy!
Remove steaks from grill and let rest for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with marinade sauce and enjoy!
