How to Cook
This is the best beef tenderloin with a beautiful crust and so much flavor in every bite!
whole beef tenderloin roast sea salt fresh ground black pepper dried thyme leaves granulated garlic olive oil
Season roast with salt, pepper, garlic, and thyme, then store in plastic wrap in the refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 450°F. Place roast on a rack in a roasting pan. Drizzle olive oil evenly over the roast.
Place in the oven and then sear for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 325°F. Continue to cook for 1 hour.
Tent with foil for 15 minutes and serve with your favorite side dishes. Enjoy!
