How to smoke

the Best Burgers

I'm so obsessed with smoked burgers! Give them a try, and I know your family will thank you for it!

Ingredients

Ground Beef Paprika Coarse Sea Salt Coarse Ground Pepper Granulated Garlic

Step 1

Preheat pellet smoker to 500 degrees. Form patties from your hamburger.

Step 2

Combine seasonings in a bowl and mix. Coat your burgers with the seasoning before putting them on the smoker.

Step 3

Smoke for 10 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 135 degrees.

Step 4

Remove, dress, serve, and enjoy!
