– 2 lbs. ground beef 80/20 mix – 1 lb. ground pork – 4 eggs – 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs – 1 tsp. garlic powder – 1 tsp. onion powder – 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning – 1 cup Parmesan cheese – Sea salt to taste

Place the 2 lbs. of ground beef and 1 lb. of ground pork into a mixing bowl. Beat 4 eggs then add to mixture. Add 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs, 1 tsp. garlic powder, 1 tsp. onion powder, and 1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning, then stir to combine
Add Parmesan

Add 1 cup of Parmesan cheese and stir to combine
Shape

Divide evenly into meatballs by shaping them into balls with your hands. Place the meatballs on your air fryer rack or basket.
Air Fry

Air fry at 400°F for 5 mins. Once finished, move the top rack of meatballs to the bottom rack, and the bottom rack, to the top. Cook for another 5 mins.
Serve and enjoy

Sprinkle with sea salt and sliced green onions if you like. Serve in recipes or as is, and enjoy!
