Juicy Smoked Chuck Roast

The Perfect Burger for Labor Day Weekend!

– Beef Chuck Roast – White Onions – Garlic – Butter – Rosemary – Thyme – Coarse Sea Salt – Black Pepper


Preheat pellet smoker to 250°F. Salt and pepper both sides of the roast and place in the smoker.

Smoke for 2.5 hours. Place roast in a pan and surround it with the onions and garlic cloves.

Then, place the rosemary and thyme springs on the top and set the stick of butter on top of the herbs.

step 3

Raise temperature of smoker to 275 degrees. Cover the roast with foil and smoke the roast for another 1.5 hours.

step 4

Pull from the smoker and let it rest for 20 minutes, uncovered, before slicing and serving.

step 5

Top with jalapenos and avocado. Serve and enjoy!
