You will need...

Marinade chili garlic sauce sesame oil low-sodium soy sauce brown sugar rice vinegar

Yeast Package

You will need...

Short Ribs Recipe garlic scallions fresh ginger olive oil boneless beef short ribs flour  beef broth salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine all of the marinade ingredients and whisk.

Coat ribs with flour. Sear ribs in a pan with oil along with salt and pepper. Then remove.

Add more oil. Add the garlic and onions to the pan, then grate ginger. Saute for 2-3 minutes.

Return ribs to the pan and pour the sauce over top along with broth. Stir together.

Bake for 1 hour. Remove, add broth, cook for an hour. Remove and more broth. Cook for 30 minutes.

Serve over rice and dig in!
