Best Mushroom Swiss Burger

– 1½ pound ground beef 80/20 or 90/10 mix – 2 tablespoons steak seasoning – 4 slices Swiss cheese – 4 brioche buns Mushrooms and Onions – 3 tablespoons unsalted butter – 1 pound white mushrooms sliced – 1 sweet yellow onion sliced – ½ teaspoon salt – ½ teaspoon pepper – 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Heat grill to medium-heat. Form 4 patties and season with steak seasoning.

Melt butter in a skillet. Add  white mushrooms and cook.

Add sliced onion, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook until browned.

Add patties to the grill .Cook on each side until cooked through. Top with a slice of cheese and allow it to melt.

Remove burgers from the grill, and place  on a brioche bun. Top with sauteed mushrooms and onions, then serve.

Serve with your favorite side dish such as french fries!
