Mushroom Swiss Burger

– 1 1/2 lb. ground beef - 2 tbsp. steak seasoning - 4 slices Swiss cheese - 2 cups sautéed mushrooms and onions - 4 brioche buns

Ingredients

Form patties.

Heat grill or a pan on the stove over medium heat. Form beef into 4 patties. Season with steak seasoning.

Cook burgers.

Cook sautéed mushrooms and onions. Add patties to the grill or pan. Cook on 6-8 minutes on each side. Top with Swiss cheese and allow to melt.

Serve and enjoy!

Place each burger on a brioche bun, topped with sautéed mushrooms and onions, serve and enjoy!
