How to make

Tasty mini Philly cheesesteaks make a fun family dinner or the perfect football party finger food!


ribeye steak bell peppers  onion oil divided garlic powder italian seasoning red chili flakes salt & pepper cheddar cheese sauce slider buns garlic butter


Preheat oven to 300°F. Add peppers & onions to a pan with oil. Saute for 10 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Step 1


Add oil, then the shaved ribeye steak. Cook steak until it browns.

Step 2


Add peppers and onions back into the pan. Season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, red chili flakes, and salt and pepper. Stir to combine.

Step 3


Pour in the cheddar cheese sauce and mix together thoroughly.

Step 4


Line the package of rolls with foil. Halve the rolls and spread the bottom with the filling. 

Step 5


Place the bottom half of the rolls back in the original packaging the rolls came in.

Step 6


Add the top half of the buns. For a richer taste, brush the tops with garlic butter. Wrap the package securely in aluminum foil.

Step 7


Bake for 15 minutes. Once done, remove and carefully unwrap from the foil. Enjoy!
