Red wine reduction sauce is the perfect pairing for Prime Rib, made from the pan drippings!
Reserve steak drippings and cook with garlic and shallots over medium heat.
Add red wine, beef stock, balsamic vinegar, and fresh thyme. Simmer over medium-high heat.
Allow it to reduce until it thickens, about 3-5 minutes.
Reduce heat to low, then add in butter.
Add parsley and season with salt and pepper if desired.
Serve over sliced steak, and enjoy!
