Juicy, tender, and oh-so-delicious, our Whole Beef Tenderloin Roast recipe makes a perfect holiday meal!
Whole beef tenderloin Sea salt Ground black pepper Dried thyme leaves Granulated garlic Olive oil
4 hours before cooking, season beef with salt, pepper, garlic, and thyme, then store in plastic wrap in the refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 450°F. Take roast out of the refrigerator and place it on a rack in a roasting pan. Drizzle oil evenly over the roast.
Place in the oven and sear for 15 minutes. Then, reduce the oven temperature to 325°F. Continue to cook for 1 hour.
Remove and tent with foil for 15 minutes before carving. Serve with your favorite side dishes and enjoy!
