Complete with homemade seasoning and sauce, my easy BBQ Burger Recipe is the barbecue burger you've been missing out on!
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. In a bowl, combine beef with BBQ sauce and burger seasoning. Mix until evenly incorporated, but don't over-mix.
Divide meat into 4 equal portions. Shape each into a patty slightly larger than the size of your burger buns.
Make an indentation in the center of each patty with your thumb. This will prevent them from bulging as they cook.
Place burger patties on the grill. Cook 5 minutes per side or until they reach your desired level of doneness. Add a slice of cheese to the top of each patty so it melts over the burger.
Lightly toast buns. Place a burger patty on each bun, top with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and bacon (optional). Plus, a little extra BBQ sauce!
Serve and enjoy!
