The best part about my chili recipe is it takes just 35 minutes to make in only one pot!
Beef broth Onion Bell pepper Garlic minced Ground beef Dried oregano Dried cumin Chili powder Black pepper Cayenne pepper Pinto & black beans Diced tomatoes
In a large pot over medium-high heat, warm up the broth. Add the onion, bell pepper, and garlic to the pot, stirring occasionally until the vegetables soften.
Add the ground beef. Using a wooden spoon, gently break down the meat until the beef is in small pieces and cooked through.
Stir in the spices, beans, and tomatoes.
Bring to a boil, reduce heat to a simmer and cover for 20 minutes.
Top with cheese and cilantro if you like. Serve and enjoy!
