Best Mushroom Swiss Burger

The Perfect Burger for Labor Day Weekend!

– ground beef – steak seasoning – Swiss cheese – brioche buns Mushrooms and Onions – unsalted butter – white mushrooms – yellow onion – salt – pepper – Worcestershire sauce

Ingredients

Heat grill over medium-heat. Form ground beef into 4 patties. Season with steak seasoning.

step 1

Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes.

Reduce heat to medium and add onion, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Cook for 5 minutes until softened.

step 3

Add patties to the grill. Cook for 8 minutes, then flip and grill for 8 minutes. Top with a slice of Swiss cheese and allow it to melt.

step 4

Remove from the grill and place on a brioche bun. Top with sauteed mushrooms and onions, then serve.

Top with jalapenos and avocado. Serve and enjoy!
