In a bowl, combine rub. Rub steak with the rub and pat down. Let steaks sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Preheat outdoor grill to high heat, about 450 degrees. Sear steaks for 3 minutes per side with the lid open.
Then, reduce the heat to medium-low and continue cooking with the lid closed until the steaks reach the desired level of doneness.
Remove from grill and top with garlic butter. Allow to rest for 10 minutes. Slice steaks against the grain. Enjoy!
