ribeye steaks coarse sea salt brown sugar garlic powder garlic salt onion powder turmeric paprika chili powder red pepper flakes


In a bowl, combine rub. Rub steak with the rub and pat down. Let steaks sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Step 1


Preheat outdoor grill to high heat, about 450 degrees. Sear steaks for 3 minutes per side with the lid open.

Then, reduce the heat to medium-low and continue cooking with the lid closed until the steaks reach the desired level of doneness.

Step 3


Remove from grill and top with garlic butter. Allow to rest for 10 minutes. Slice steaks against the grain. Enjoy!
